going to the 34 cap league?

nope cap 30 probably hitting 60 easy in lol bars in S16
(if our commits sign)

no way you are going to a 30... simply by winning the league they will move you 2 spots... most likely 34.

14+ 2 caps equal 22. Hmm that's where he was this season. 2 more caps means cap 30.

He has the option of moving to 34 but he won't cause he might not win there
