Here's the thing HardHitter, yeah the dude doesn't know the meaning of tact, and could have used better words, but he had a valid point. In this game you can do whatever you want, and there isn't a right way or a wrong way to build players.
However, there are more productive and less productive ways to build them. Looking at your builds, and using the experience I have so far in this game, the advice I would give is to not put any points in SA's until all your major attributes are to the 72 cap. That's just my advice, you can take it or leave it. I recommend that you checkout the Wiki and read everything in there, it will help you make difficult decisions.
The rest of you vultures need to start being part of the solution and stop being part of the problem.
