and I still jhave a few spots I am trying to fill.

I have really been screwed by the lvl 13 level limit on signing. I have had 3 different players lvl 14-16 talked into playing for me and I could not sign them.

Man, it's tough enough just finding bodies much less leveled bodies. It's frustrating.

you can still sign them just got to keep a few low lev guys to hold your ave down so you dont get hit with a penalty........But yeah feel what your saying....

The level 13 limit is league wide and only Western Europe A new signings.. and yes i agree with the OP its making it tough

I'm trying to get all my buddies in, but trust me, you aren't the only one having a hard time getting warm bodies onto the rosters.

Yeah, I know I am not. It's tough all the way around.

I am just damn tired of recruiting. I'll be pretty happy in about 3 players. Which, at my current rate, should take about 54 years for me to find.
