Thanks for doing these. Unfortunately for the Ninjas the talent gulf between the top 4 and teams below them is way too big to be made up with game-planning.

If it makes you feel any better, I started planning the American Terrorist's team at the end of season 11. We talked about how to fill out our roster and player builds in season 12. Had two Pee Wee teams we used for about 65 players in season 13. Season 14, we played in a 14 cap league where we kept our roster pretty slim to make sure everyone got plenty of PT, while keeping extra guys on another squad that had a similarly small roster. Now in season 15, we have brought over some of the extra players.

This off season we are going to put together our full squad of 55 that will stick it out for another 8 seasons together. Our goal has always been a spot in the world league.

Great setup, makes me feel better knowing I just recruited all my players just this off-season.

Can't wait till my Cream City Crushers game tomorrow.

Think several teams had to rebuild from last season as well. i know Cream City did a complete overhaul on name, logo and kept a few guys from last season. I also saw where the Mutants had to undergo some drastic roster changes as well. The Crushers do look forward to the remainder of the season but was relieved to get Mutant game over with, they torched us last season

Sounds exactly like what I did with my team the Tossers.

I didn't join the Ninjas as OC until the last week of the offseason so we went out and did what we could to field a competitive team. We are using just 4 WRs and no FB this season and have managed to not look too foolish so I'm happy with the results. Already began recruiting for next season, I expect us to be a top playoff seed by next season. Our owner is a pretty good DC and I feel pretty comfortable with the OC thing.

Believe it or not....I just bought the Pasadena Patriots this past offseason and have had to recruit almost the entire team.....I had a couple of buddies with a few players but other than that I have had to put together this entire team.....I am extremely pleased with our results having to it this way.....

If you ever need a spot as a recruiter let me know. I work on teams from Pro to capped 4 and talented recruiters are always in high demand. Your roster is a definite testament to your skill and my mother taught me never to look a gift horse in the mouth.

Yeah we only have, I think, 4 players from last season and nobody on D. Recruiting is tough when your team is broke. Sadly I believe this is my last season owning the Mutants, back to peewee's to try again.
