Does this work? Do they stack?

I am unclear and would like to know. They both do similar things in regards to Juke, Spin and Head Fake. I see people mention Clever Instincts, but never Quick Feet... any reason?

quick Feet is good to help get Spin to Fire more for you.....

almost every build advice i have ever seen for Return guys have Returner, Special Teamer, and Quick Feet as the 3 VAs to max. I'm pretty sure they stack.
