My guess too Many SAs early, Agility is way too Low for your Lvl along with Blocking, my Lvl 41 C has alot more SP value than your guy, I would say retire him. I dont' know how you messed up the easiest position to build in all of GLB but you did.

you do have more Confidence though, and a good bit more SA's. i'd also recommend starting over. focus on Strength first, then blocking, then Vision, Speed, Agility. Stamina, Confidence and SA's should be the last things you worry about.
