i didnt look at your dude, but id say the not fumble. returners dont have a lot of luck breaking tackles unless they really put a lot of gear/va's to it and maybe have spin SA.

Would be what I would do. Especially considering you don't have any equipment on BT yet.

the speed and not fumble EQ is basically speed and carrying, 2 things more important than BT, imo. +3 speed and a useful mod is hard to come by. DEFINITELY the 3rd piece, imo.

i would go with the second piece as well. most really good returners have about 70+ carrying, which is usually enough to not fumble. so as long as you have or are looking for spin, i would, i would go with the BT% piece.

I hate the not Fumble chance....... To me it nevers works......
