I have a CB that is at level 64, with a solid build that has had no luck since leaving my original team. The effective is low (59), mainly because he hasn't recieved any playing time in the last 2 1/2 seasons. He was a solid starter for many seasons but not knowing anybody that runs a team has left him out politically. I'm not looking for him to start (even though he is capable) but I think he could add solid depth to a team. Salary is no object.
