Popeyes announced a multi-million dollar deal with the K&B Purples as the primary food provider and official sponsor of K&B football. The announcement came on the heels of the passing of Popeye's founder and beloved New Orleanian, Al Copeland. Al Jr. accompanied by Snacks Willis, and the Special Man made the announcement at the Purple complex. "This is a great day in Popeye's and Purples' history. For the first time there is an official chicken of a professional franchise. Everyone has heard of the official beer, or the official bank, but brah, this is chicken," exclaimed Snacks Willis in front of a large conglomerate of reporters. "And we are not just talking chicken. Hell no, we are talking biscuits, red beans, dirty rice, and those mashed potatoes. Screw the fries though. They are a rip off from Rally's anyway. "
