Im thinking since Ill be getting AGI to 77 I really wont need much raw speed. 35-40? Get VIS and CONF to higher numbers instead?

Even if you are a run blocking RT, you will want to get speed to 48 and eventually 61. OTs have to be the fastest linemen (other than maybe a purpose-built pulling guard) for a number of reasons, just to name a few:

Dealing with high speed/agility DEs
Getting to another defender after you pancake yours
Getting to the NT/DT or a LB when the DE is far enough outside you that the TE blocks him by himself
Pulling on screens if your teams runs them

Speed is very important but tends to be the last skill worked on because it has no level gains.

But starting next season it is supposed to be .33 speed per level for all linemen.
