You already started with the SA's too. You don't necessarily have to retire the guy but you've got a lot of work to do to get him straight and unfortunately your foundation is gone so he most likely would never be an elite kicker.

With the way the player creation process allows you to build your guy's height and weight to your liking and even put points where you want them before he's created, I would retire him and start over.
