GAME OF THE WEEK
Nairobi Death Squad vs. Somali Pirates
Somali is putting their perfect season on the line this week against Nairobi. Nairobi has worked it's way through most of the top teams already and has a very favorable schedule remaining. A win here could be a huge push for the #1 seed. It's hard to say that Somali has had an easy schedule so far since they drew Kilimanjaro in week 1 and have faced Cybertron and the Bandits already. But with Nairobi, Fulham, Alexandria and Sterling left on their plate these last 6 weeks could have a huge impact on the top seeds for the playoffs. This is as big a game as they come at this point of the season.

Fulham Flying Hellfish vs. Hungry Hungry Hippos
Both teams are 5-5 but any similarities end there. The Hippos have crappy teams to thank for their 5 wins this season. The Hellfish have played hard and lost some close games while pulling a huge upset last week against the Aces. This should be Hellfish all the way.

West Coast Rage vs. Carolina Flying Tigers
Carolina's looking at win #4 today unless they drop the ball.

Algeria Dune Hoppers vs. West Yorkshire Bandits
Algeria has their work cut out for them against the Bandits. With a slightly easy schedule the next 6 weeks their only hope for a playoff run must start with the upset against the Bandits. They still have BURUNDI and Cybertron on the schedule though so their chances are pretty slim at best. The Bandits are looking to get through today and then coast through next week before a rough 3 game stretch comes that could have drastic results on their playoff seeding.

Nile Crocodiles vs. Saskatoon Vulcanos
Bye week for Nile.

Alexandria Crimson Evil Aces vs. Sterling Bulldawgs
This would have been game of the week if not for Nairobi/Somali. Being the second most impactful game of the week still doesn't take away the importance of a win here for both teams. #3 Sterling would drop to #5 while Cybertron and the Aces would get pushed up a spot. That's not even counting the ramifications of a Nairobi loss that could move Alexandria up to #3 so this game is huge. These teams are holdovers from last season too and the last game did not go well at all for Sterling. With a last ditch hope for a playoff spot they fell flat against the Aces and missed the playoffs for the 1st time in 2 seasons. Can they do better this time around is the big question because if they can't then the Aces will win big again.

LHC Naked Turtles vs. BURUNDI BUCSH WARRIORS
BURUNDI gets a BYE.

Cybertron War Machine vs. West Nile Mosquitos
Cybertron gets a bye.

I switch in our punter on returns for those crappy games just to get the O some snaps and even he has taken back a few for TDs against those gutted teams.

Good luck to you, Somali. We are hoping to provide a worthy challenge.

Even with a lesser PR'er you still get a lot of TD returns. The best I have found to limit it is to put your weakest blockers on the PR team, along with a weaker PR'er. It's still tough to limit the TD's though.

Just put your slowest OL guy in as PR like we did against Sahara and P-Town. I wouldn't use a Punter at this level. My Punter has 33 career TD's FWIW.
