Choctaw is a unique situation, also. They're a fairly close knit bunch who just lost their owner, and as a result also lost a bunch of dots to inactivity. (Negronic took over ownership for hep)
They weren't going to be competitive with what they had anyway, at least not at the level they're used to. I don't think winning 4 games and "not getting demoted" is really a goal for a team like Choctaw.
