The EQ was in confidence before the mentor came. I just got mentored this season, otherwise I wouldn't have EQ in confidence if I had always been mentored

even if your team won't pay for the switch and you can't do full upgrades with your own cash i'd still sell off those pieces and make the change to as much kicking as possible
