Horrible owners and ZERO communication, I want to retire and they will not let me! All I want is to be released so I can retire, no response from the owners in 2 weeks.

Why are you blaming them? You're the one who signed a 2 year contract on day 33 last season.

I agree that not communicating doesn't help, but if you plan on retiring you shouldn't sign new contracts.

You should seriously not be bringing this crap here.

It's not the owners fault at all. Basically you're asking them to release one of their players mid season and deal with being a man down on the depth chart. That forces them to either deal with it and suffer in games, or try and recruit mid season. You made the decision to sign the contract. Wait until the off season and try again.
