Seriously? And you guys had an entire offseason and preseason to get ready!

What would be cool is instead of one person doing league predictions, we should have each team do their own. It be more entertaining this way.

For Example:
Short Bus Window Lickers at AC Surf
Short Bus by 3

I once built the entire defense for AC Surf, and I ran their offense back in season 11. Over the past two seasons I have been reduced to 4-6 players for the Surf but it's still my defense. This is why I am giving Short Bus the edge. Both teams are Identicle. The offense is a little more helter skelter for Short Bus as we attack all game long. The defense is solid for both clubs that doesn't allow much. It would benefit AC Surf more to win this game than Short Bus being how the East has a few weaker teams and the West will be a death match each week. Still it's kind of hard to play again yourself. It comes down to, will Deertag be able to move the ball and score a couple of TDs. I think they score just I know a few plays I need fixing and I expose that against myself. Short Bus 17-14

DSBM at The Agency
DSBM by 10

DSBM had a solid effort in their sophomore season of Gold in S13 that ended with a first round playoff loss by 4 points. They rely heavily on a solid defensive effort with an offense that chews clock and strives to win the field position battle although they have shown a willingness to throw in the preseason. While not being classified as "exceptionally strong" anywhere on the field, the DSBM are solid everywhere including one of the best ST units in the league. Look for the past to remain present in their attack.

The Agency arrived in Gold after losing their conference final in S13 -- their only loss. They feature a balanced attack, but have surrendered a lot of points in the LOL preseason. They are 4-2 in their last 6 season openers including one very close win. Their "welcome to Gold" will end when the Baby Makers pound it home.

** Deciding factor ** DSBM is undefeated in season openers and has not allowed a point in their opening game since S9 -- the only opener they allowed any points.

DI versus Wham!

Well... All offseason we have heard about how this team is in a bigger transition than George Michael's solo act. Seriously folks, we don't know what to expect. The DI is a solid franchise, and Dtown has talked about having no ties to this current incarnation of the WA, so I don't know what to expect when I play this team.

I lost this matchup last season in week one, and I honestly haven't assigned a special teams unit in advance of this game, so I think that is going to be the big difference.

If my team doesn't ST fail, my CBs can stop the pass, and my 54 players don't get too tired by the fourth quarter, I think I can win this by a TD.

My bad. Thanks for the update. Couldn't find when you guys got started, so I ran it back as far as it went.

Well the sim is running like shit today and I can't watch it when it takes 30+ seconds to load the next play, but I saw the final score and I was right on winning by a TD.

yes you did. well done and good call

Our newly acquired HC had some RL issues during the Offseason. Nothing was set or I should say changed during this time
I will say I did put together one side of the ball the morning of the sim. Our special teams existed of a PR, KR, P, K The line up was not entered in time. No worries. I am not sure how many of the dots have CEQ or even when they were made tbh on our team. I did not recruit this roster, however with what little time I do have I feel responsible to do my best to not let these guys fail. So we will chug along and do our best to first, stay in Gold, and secondly make the Playoffs if we obtain our first goal. Whats a man to do.

You run a good Team TT. We have always enjoyed the games verse DI. You run a different style and we always seem to find something that needs to be fixed after the sim that has been exploited.

Good luck the rest of the way.
