Black Hand was totally undeserving of moving up too, as our roster got plundered during the off-season. We weeded out a ton of inactive agents, and lost a few good men to promotion within our system, and now we can get a full roster to compete this season. Nobody wants to play in AA anymore. The FAs all want AAA or Pros, or wish to be down in a capped 42-46 league.

I have never had a problem recruiting until this off-season. I think 2% is a good return on the offers I have sent too. I can safely say that I have sent well over 200 offers out to try and get 15-20 players, and only had 3 sign so far.

yeah, AA seems to be a big void now, nobody wants to move up from caps and no one want to move down from AAA, I think our team is an attractive option, and we will compete for a top seed, even with this, I could not talk anyone into signing, I got 4 guys out of FA and 3 more from word of mouth. My suggestion to any owner is to hold on to every player you have

It use to be easy to clean house and pick from the crop, but hell, I'll keep inactives at this point. We have a nice 1st team, but our bench is not nearly as deep as in years past...
