As far as the London Hitmen I don't believe for one second they will ever take Birmingham Cardinals lightly. I think they were just being polite by agreeing with the Live Oaks vs London Hitmen matchup.

Live Oak was a bit of a mysterious team coming into this season. I wasnt sure what to expect from them. Could only go by their rating and that rating was pretty good. After this loss alot of my fear of Live Oak coming in and beating us has gone away. I will not overlook this game nor any other game but some anxiety is gone. And yes now i believe the cardinals hitmen game is the game of the season. Hopefully we are both undefeated at the time to add to the game. First game we played was for a home playoff game, second game was in the playoffs third could be for top seed in Zeta.

We'll be fine.

as has been said before we have a very tough league here. Live Oak have a good team but almost all the teams here work of good game plans. so as Live Oak step up there game they will be better. i think one of there problems is the team chemisty. looks like you took over a gutted team. that takes some time to get over but you will and i think you could be dominant next season.

Yes, our Chemistry (Live Oak) is pretty low. I think as our players listen to us more, we had a huge reconstructure in the front offices go down yesterday, we will be much better off. Our OC was practically non-existant. Might be call for the pitiful offensive performance. When people look at the sliders, they are mistaken. We looked better because we don't have lower level depth players like the team we placed did.

Just everyone know that Live Oak is an easy win and set your setting to play your back-ups more. ;-D I am perfectly fine with that!

I have to say that Paris did some good work in the offseason too. I think the conference will yield some good competiton again this year. Any team can lose, Trolls lost a game last season, and they were undoubtably the strongest zeta team. Eagles could prove to be a contender yet, and nobody on the Hitmen can say for sure we did enough to stay ahead of Cardinals and Highlanders until we play em.

According to me, the Bordeaux Carlin against Paris Colonel is a flavorfull match to come.

We played against them when i pick this gutted team, and we were beaten hardly 88/0. We have a revange to take ^^ Plus, two "french" team cutting their throat of each other will be very interesting to watch

But they have good players, good staff, i think they are perfect playoff contenders.

Do to the fact that this AA#1 league was as good as a lot of Pro leauges last year, the teams in it are battle tested. They are used to game planning their asses off, and I also believe that player builds in this league are also far above average. I warned from the start that this league was not going to be the drop off that you guys expected coming down from the Canadian Pro League.

From what I'm seeing right now, the AAA#1 Western Europe is probably weeker than AA#1 was last year as a whole. Don't get me wrong their are some really good teams up there, and probably a couple that are on the MA Trolls level. But after those two teams, there's not much to speak of. Lucky for us those two great teams are in the Zeta with the Features.

I honestly don't see a team in the Alpha side of Western Europe AAA#1 that is as good as Manchester, Eurotrash, Steel City, or the Hitmen. With Birmingham and Bonn Dynamo being right up there as well.

Who ever gets out of this league this season will have earned it.

That right there says it all! This league is one of the toughest leagues in ALL of GLB and could be considered a Pro League caliber.
