Looking for a good team in a level 30 capped league where he will be the primary returner for both kickoffs and punts. He also does well on the coverage teams and on defense and I'd hope that he would be used in those roles to ensure he gets max xp. However, he's built to be a KR/PR first and a CB second, so he probably shouldn't be any higher than #4 on the CB depth chart.
He had 0 fumbles in season 13 and he finished 3rd in the MVP race, and he should do even better next season!
