Linebacker Breaker has been a top 3 guard since season 8, with the last two seasons being in WL.

Made some mistakes with him early on, before the idea of slow-building became popular, but generally his build dominated most everyone across the line from him.

I'm sure there will be guys coming in sayng their build is better...but unless you've racked up 200+ pancakes in WL it's just theory.

Might keep him going 1 more season to see how bad 2nd level of decline hits him, but for now leaning towards retirement.

Nice work. I find it interesting that you have 10 in hands. I don't hear much about this SA but always wanted to try it.

I'm a bigger fan than most....actually Belfast's OC is a bigger fan than most as it was his thought, not mine. I can't tell you if it improved the reverse pancakes against him significantly (different competition) but can say I have seen a drastic reduction in them over the last two seasons, which is when I started building it up as something more than just in the way of other SAs I wanted.

The biggest impact I saw in his performance though was when I went to 68 in confidence (but that was quite a few seasons back). Went from a very average guard to one that played 70 offensive snaps a game, ended each game with 80+ energy (and stamina was in the high 40s at the time) and pancakes climbed dramitically. Still had some problems w/ reverse pancakes (agility and Hands seemed to be the missing pieces with that) but confidence is highly under-rated. And the difference between 60 and 68 was significant.

I remember coming in here and posting it and lots of folks mocked it at the time; belief was speed of 68 was more important than confidence of 68.....anyway, it's why I open the build now. Rather than guess at what works at the highest levels better to see it. Would be interesting to find the #1/2 guys and see if they'd be willing to open theirs for comparison.
