This. The rules asked for "total points in championship game". I don't see how anyone can say that giving only the combined number is inferior to giving a score.

Same, but he is saying that people that picked total score should win the tiebreaker over people who picked actual score.

I don't think I've ever seen a fantasy bracket where total points meant "final score in the championship game." If that's what you wanted, then have Packman and me send you final scores through a PM. Seriously, people. I was talking about people who DIDN"T ENTER A TIEBREAKER AT ALL. Obviously, if someone put the final score i'd just add it together for total points. C'mon, now


So it seems that most people want to just have the other people be SOL since it was clearly in the original post? Is that what i'm gathering? I dont' think my bracket has a chance so i don't have something to gain

I understood what you were asking, all my post says is to add up the damn points for those who bothered to put something there. It makes it simple. It was mostly for all the other jackasses who are bitching about the guys who didn't put an exact score like me and packman. I don't think you're stupid, but clearly you think I am so it doesn't matter. You can take me out of the running if you're offended. Better yet, if I win, I donate all the flex to you for running this. It's not like I was going to fucking win anyway with 48 total points in a Valhalla vs MOD game.

I didn't enter the challenge so I'm a impartial viewer. I would go with (this will make me very unpopular with some of my Halifax guys) option #1. If you can't read the rules, then its your own fault.

Yea, i think it's easy to see. The bracketmaker formula only counts wins in an increasing with each round style. It doesn't have the technology to take the person's final score in the text field (which you can type anything or have a bracket for something weird non-sports related) so the leaderboard only adjusts with the actual results of who moves on in the bracket. Technically i could create bracket of music artists and we pick them and have other weird tiebreakers in there that aren't numbers. Or i could've said the tiebreaker to pick was the name of the player with the most tackles so it wouldn't even have been an updateable number

Also, GLB has been using the same bracketmaker brackets and pick em' challenges since like season 9 and it has always been the same and it was posted in the OP.


New decision is no do-overs. It was very obvious what to do by reading the original post and if you think about it some, that bracketmaker instructions makes sense in the context i explained it. People should use more common sense.


Sorry guys. If there are multiple people with same points at the end, the tiebreakers in the bracket are the ones that i will use. I will try to PM Catch22/Hazy to discuss 1st 2nd 3rd since i initially had no flex on the line, then cav donated 2000 which is enough for 1 person. With 8000 more involved having 1st/2nd/3rd or at least 1st/2nd makes more sense as that is what happened for the hazy/addicts/pwt pick em' challenges
