Is anyone willing to take a look at my teams offensive linemen http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=7086 and tell me what I have done wrong with them, and if they are able to be fixed. They seem to be the weak link to my team, and I need to know what I need to do to fix them. I thought they were pretty well built, but especially mt Tackles get abused at will and hinder my offense on a regular basis. Thanks in advance.

i know some may disagree, but IMO you took speed up toooo early...

what kind of abusive issues are you having?

are you playing in games with equal leveled defenders?

Well this game http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=984305 shows 5 sacks by 2 DE's total. On the season there were 130+ hurries, and 21 sacks. Mostly coming from the DE's, that's why I started taking speed and agility higher, thinking it would help them get in the way even if just a little bit. For the most part the competition is equal or very close.

hmmmm....

that is a hard one to try and pinpoint since there are a couple factors that could come into play, but here's another direction you might wanna look into..

QB is holding the ball for a long time in a sense. maybe play around with the Passing Priority so he gets rid of the ball faster.

Oline blocking scheme is still bad IMO...we use to see the OT's block outside too much allowing DE's to slip on by the inside of them, but now i see them blocking inside too much allowing the DE's to slip by on the outside.

my advise if you wanna cut down on the sacks is to adjust the QB's Passing Priority...but there is a chance you will see ALOT more incompletes and maybe even more picks...

you are kinda stuck in inbetween a rock and a hard place on this....

your builds aren't that bad but by raising their speed so much so early you are loosing out on leveling points for their major and minor attributes.

by not know you i am unsure how un-informed you are in leveling but here is a good link that can help anyone who is looking for answers in that subject..

Bad builds.

If you want an idea of where to go with your builds, look at my line:

OT: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1501636
G: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1501596
C: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1501590

The line plus the back-ups gave away 110 hurries and 17 sacks this season, but is out levelled by most opposition (started the season all level 31 whilst the cap was 34).
Against teams of equal or lesser opposition, there was only 4 sacks.

Ordinary build. He is very under strengthed and under blocked for his level. Key attributes. Not recoverable. Plus, too much speed too early. Speed is spending dead SP's into something that doesn't give you any automatic gains. Surely you'd want to stick points into something that does before investing in this skill? If you compare lol bars, I'll fall down laughing. The only thing going for this player at present is his agility, and it's something that can easily be caught up to. I'm guessing your player won't investing in Strength up to 85+ though...

I really hope he got that speed up with training.

A G right? If so, take strength to 78/82 (if you do this straight up it would already be in the 80's or close to) and blocking to 74. Then move on to agility and take to 68. Cap confidence and vision before taking agility to 73/4. I'd then double cap vision and confidence. Training: agillity/vision, vision/ confidence, confidence.speed. I'd take those attributes to around 35-38 before investing, and then train to just before they gain another point before the investment in them. It is your player, and it's up to you ultimately how he is built. Enjoy.

They could have been built better.

If you want to field an entire casual team yourself, just retire your guys and start over. Bring in a build guru to help.
