Level 33 will boost to 36 at start of the season. He's also less then 20 exp away from leveling.
I boost and have CE. I'm looking for a competitive team since the team he is on is folding. I check team forums daily and have been on plenty of successful teams in the past. I'm a team player and would be willing to change equipment or train to fit the team needs.
