If he were in the mid 20's, he'd be something of a mediocre build, suffering from the way-to-early use SPs in SAs and zero understanding of cap focus. As a Lv 31, his best attributes might be the absence of smell and taste.

My Advice: Triple cap speed/agility/vision and refuse to put SPs in SAs until you do. That's pretty close to 80 SPs. Assuming you aren't holding on to SPs, you will get there - roughly speaking - around Lv 45-47. So at ~ Lv46 you're the equivalent of a solid DB in his early 30's.

Wow, that's a WL material CB in the makings! I can already see him dominating other dots on the field!
