Good Job on recruiting! Did your team boost this year yet?My team would be rated that high if I only had starters but I have depth..We @ Phuket are 2 sometimes 3 deep with humans. So when your level 9 and 10 DE are suckin wind in the end of the 3rd quarter wishin that they had a backup..I have a fresh OT coming off my bench.

No but seriously you have a good team put together so far you just need some depth on D but that will come with time. It is a small feat in itself to recruit 40 some odd players in 3 days good job to everyone. It should be a fun and very competitive year.

Honestly, No.

I really wanted to see how the rest of the League had done and I was pleasantly surprised to see the Tigers on top.

As far as Boosting, No, I know of only 1 Player who JUST Boosted, so the rest of our Team still remains to be boosted.

I know about the Depth and I'm trying to work on that, but getting good players at Level 4-5 that want to be a Backup is RARE because of all the new Teams Out there looking for Starters STILL. So why Backup and when you can a starter?

But as far as Depth goes, I've got a plan

You can just manipulate any matchup screen to include any two teams you want.

Replace XXXX with one team id and YYYY with another and you'll get a hypothetical matchup screen with the scouting bars. To get Team id numbers go to their profile pages and get them from the url in the address bar.

I hope your team sticks together... 98% of your team you signed to a 1 year contract. That seems strange. Also you took out a loan (From what I can tell because you have so much cash left) to pay players and didn't expand your stadium? I mean paying a guy $120,000 at level 14? Thats the reason the market is all out of control.

Nope, never took out a Loan. Don't be so quick to judge.

I'm a fair guy, who believes in 1 Year Contracts (Better Recruiting Tool Also) but to give players a chance before LONG TERM Commitment.

120K is what it took to get the deal done. It's not my fault the Market is out of control, but I've been reviewing the Finances, and there is no Reason why I can't afford 120K easily.

Okinawa is paying players about that much. The other team I handle OC and Finances for is paying $10,000/level plus Equipment bonus. It's not hard to do if you handle your finances right.

Also, If I have to pay a player say 120K for about 20-30 Days before I renegotiate to see if they would like to say on for 1-2 Years, and then we talk about bringing down the Salary for Team Finances.

It's all about getting a player committed to the team and taking the hit on Money in the beginning.

True, also a salary at that level is one that will cover expenses throughout the season despite boosts and leveling. They will stockpile the surplus in the beginning and use those reserves toward the end. And I have found well-paid players are much less likely to go inactive, complain, or get poached via pms by unethical agents from other teams.

Just realize this.. it will take 50k at level 16 for equip upgrades, level 24 most likely 100k plus.

lvl 24 udgrades are 50 k per piece = 200 k

Higher level equipment upgrades are not ment to be purchased all at once,
players would do well to save their moneys,
