Read up on different player building strategies, I'm a fan of soft-cap focused building. How efficiently you build your player is tied almost directly into their success.

I wrote a guide on the FB position, to help aim people in the right direction for making the type of FB that they want. It's not a build guide though, it's more of a philosophical look at the FB position. Read it and apply a player building technique that you like to it.
