I think this is true. There's just too large of a talent gap between a lot of teams in the league. Need to switch it up somehow. Maybe award half a point extra for specific games each week - those games that are deemed to be highly competitive. Otherwise, I think it's going to be pretty easy for at least 6 or 8 out of 10 to never miss.
