Actually that is the only confirmed info, from the Admin Alert/Borts Post.

Last Season many Odd Numbered leagues played on Even Days of the Season, hence the very specific wording.

As of right now it could be either day, but Logic seems to be Thursday (Based on released Date)

Agreed. Power rankings would be nice. It is actually something that keeps me interested in throughout the regular season.
