lol i just read the forums on this. the guy asked for a full set of L62 upgrades.

new guys on teams don't usually see L64 upgrades handed out right off the bat. complaining about not getting $4M into your account 10 days into a season is a good way to piss off a team owner.

for some it is, for others its standard. i personally on all the teams i either own or co-own this is standard. get the guy their gear, make them and, your team better, worry about locking them in later.

Some feel different and, thats cool. if you get a agent that boosts and, has a great build then you have to take a chance. it is a bitch finding loyal agents in such a unloyal game like this one, but chances have to be tken once n a while.

Yep....we get guys the gear when we can get it to them.

Improves your team quicker and helps keep players happy and makes for less recruiting as you will be able to keep your players from looking elsewhere.

If they wish, we allow access to forums prior to a recruit signing a contract so they can see what we're all about and how we run things.

yup i signed this g and, he is happy as can be, starting with 4 mill just sent to his fund, no big deal. this is truely the best way to get agents to stay. you win some and, you loose some.
