I don't know where to go with my player. any advice welcome.

It's not a particularly great build. Especially for a non booster. Your SAs are spread out and directionless. Your primary attributes - speed, agility, and vision, aren't very high. Strength and tackling are acceptable but not a strength. 30% make tackle bonus on your build isn't particularly sexy. If there isn't high demand for OLBs then a lot of newer, better builds will take up spots that you're looking at. It may be time to retire and start over if you can't find a team, next time focus more on agility/vision sooner if building another OLB, build to caps more aggressively, and don't spend on SAs until your last season or two.
