Actually since they are using a median it wont matter if those lower level player don't boost. because you are still taking just the middle number which will probable stay the same

From what I understand Bort will post the numbers for the median and "sportsmanship" for this season, but the actual implementation of XP change won't take place until season 4. So it wouldn't matter.

Guys...it only matters for FA's...wont matter for anyone in this league unless you are looking at some high flying FA's out there during the season.
