I'd get that "carrying" up ASAP. Also, the "Motivational Speaker" VA has been rendered worthless. Use your reset and go with something else.

Those points in quick are a waste, as are Soft Hands, IMO.

This is quite a strange build, I'm not sure how to advise. It looks like it was built without a goal in mind.

To be fair, if this game more closely resembled "real" football, his build would more closely resemble a upper-tier TE. But in THIS football sim, he's too balanced to be very scary as either a blocker or receiver.
