how much shall I get in Str and blk befor going for the rest.
I have 74 in str so far and 52 in blk, is 74 enugh.

yes, 74 is fine at your level...it will rise naturally to around 100 give or take a few points. I'd take Blk up to 73-74 as well.

What should a C get his spd and agi up to?

There aren't enough attributes that need pumping to neglect Speed-->69.

What about vision/confidence for say, a mid 50s player? I'm assuming 60 in both.
