If I understand it right, teams can say no to the promotion. If the team says no, it goes to the next team. Well the ABD said yes, so why were we not allowed up? Bort you call us out, yet break your own rules????? Sad day in GLB land.

he actually said that he wasn't about to promote a team that didn't make the playoffs....I'd say go about 3 down from the conference champs and that's about it....he already let one weak ass team in from Africa....if you as a league don't want to promote up....perhaps you all could become the fucking AA that Bort so desperately needs to fill in like Canada or some shit....
