Coventry Black Knights vs LHC Naked Turtles

Time for the big game. This should be a great match-up between 2 teams that are pretty evenly matched. Both teams went into their conference championship matches as the underdogs and both came away with 3 point wins.

LHC brings the leagues top ranked QB and front-runner for the offensive MVP. They also have the leagues leading receiver in HB Johnny Fastshoes. Fastshoes can give DCs nightmares trying to plan for him but you don't want to ignore the fact that LHC also has a great ground game behind Fujo Matik. Defensively, the LBs are great at applying pressure. The DL includes the 3rd ranked sacker in Jack Faro who could be a key player in this game if he can continue to get pressure and make plays.

Covington brings a well-balanced offense to the table however. The offense is run by an efficient QB in chris dell but the ground game is where the Knights will excel. They have a great core of RBs and not a single one averages fewer than 7.5 yards per carry. Crazy Legs handles the largest share of the workload but Jay Razor, TK Binta and Gabriel Gallego all combine to make one of the most lethal running games in the league. On defense, Covington has a great set of ballhawking LBers that love to force turnovers and take picks back to the house. Drez Binta is one of the leagues best FS and is tied for 1st in INTs. The DLine is full of beasts and the leagues leading sacker is Matt Williams7.

This game will come down to who's defense plays better. Both teams have similar strengths and weaknesses on the roster but the Knights front 7 could be the edge they need to win out.

We are a whole different team then when we met in the scrims. We also didnt run AI's in that game or any of the scrims for that matter. Tough game to plan for for sure. Almost the exact opposite of The Clerks. I predict a very close game. Could go either way. Back to the drawing board for a few hours to brainstorm this one Good luck to you CBK.

I totally agree with you. You guys are a different team then the pre-season scrimmage and I don't think either of us was trying to show one another anything. Tt's should be close and I hope we can keep up with your team. You guys are solid and and well balanced. Good luck to you as well THC. Well we maybe screwed in this game. we have lost several players because their contract ran out. Good luck THC. You guys may just pull away with this one and have a easy win. I'm so mad right now. We get to the championship only to have this happen.

Man. Just noticed that both our INT's were inside your 20. One was on the 1yd line. We had our chance to blow that one open and blew it.

Thanks alot, It was a damn good game and I didn't think we would pull it out because we lost some many player including our punter. Our overall ranking went from 69 to 66. I was so mad because my inactive guys didn't sign their contracts and was down to 2 OG, 2 OT and 2 C. Wow. Great game THC. You guys had a great 3rd quarter. Good luck too you guys in AAA.
