With 2 games left in the season the top 8 teams are pretty much wrapped up barring any upsets.
GAME OF THE WEEK
Quick Stop 14-0 @ Port Saint 12-2
Quick Stop has 2 games remaining against playoff teams. Port is the biggest obstacle remaining against their perfect season but the Clerks always seem to get it done and I don't see this being any different. Very similar strengths with these teams but the Clerks have the level advantage and some nasty little dots that will continue to dominate. Port will likely have to settle for a 13-3 season and the 4th seed but this is a team I'm sure no one wants to face in the playoffs.
LHC 13-1 @ Abbotsford 6-8
LHC gets to coast into the playoffs with this game being followed by a game against Bayou. 15-1 and the #2 seed lies ahead for them while Abbotsford will be looking at a 6-10 record with Sahara around the corner. The Gnomes have plenty to build on for next season with a pretty solid run game and a defense that could help win them more games next year.
Sterling 12-2 @ Houston 7-7
With Port Saint breathing down their necks you can expect to see the Bulldawgs continue at full force and not overlook any opponents. Houston is looking to hold on to that #8 seed but it's going to be hard for them to get by Sterling and they're looking at an 8-8 finish with Casablanca up next. Hopefully that will be enough for them to hold tight. The Bulldawgs should take this game and wrap up the season at 14-2 with Walburg up next.
Sahara 10-4 @ Durban 0-14
Sahara gets a bye here and looks to finish up the season at 12-4 with the Gnomes up next. Durban has nothing to play for this season and will wrap it up at 0-16.
Taipei 10-4 vs Fat Jaws 9-5
This should be a very good game featuring the 6th and 7th seeds. A loss by Taipei will drop them to 7th seed since they face Quick Stop at home week 16 and would tie with Fat Jaws at 10-6 (they play Durban week 16 for an easy bye). I think Taipei will be too much for the Badness to handle though.
Walburg 6-8 vs G-Vegas 5-9
Walburg has little chance to squeak into the playoffs at this point but they'll do their hardest to stay in contention this week against the Pirates. Should be a close game that Walburg edges out the victory in.
Bayou 5-9 vs Cairo 1-13
Bayou is playing for nothing but pride at this point and it would not be good to lose to Cairo.
Casablanca 3-11 @ Detroit 1-13
Neither team has been in any games this season except the bye games. Casablanca should squeeze this one out as their offense has performed better than Detroits.
