I think so. Id use SPs to get Speed to the next cap while training Agility. Or intense train agility and vision. Either way, id work on getting those 3 categories past the 67.97 cap. And of course, dont worry about SAs for awhile.

IMO, take speed to 67.97 while training agility/vision. Then you'll want to take agility and vision to 67 also.
