What should I put more SP's into.

First of all, stop training stamina. You're better off training speed/agility or agility/tackling.

I would probably go with vision but your confidence also seems a bit low for your level.

Too late to fix confidence. I agree with LostPeon here. Agi/Vis is a better trainer.

That said, training any attribute to first cap is a waste unless you only ever want it capped. If you plan on second capping agi, go ahead and cap it now and train it at the first cap.

As for SP, str or vision is where I'd go if you're not planning on second capping agility.

Hey, thanks for the inputs guys.

I thought it would help his perfomance with stamina in blow-out games, where he seems fatigued and starts to miss PAT's.

PAT misses aren't affected by stamina. I've seen guys miss XPs in games where they had just a few kicks.
