GAME OF THE WEEK
Taipei 9-2 vs Port Saint 9-2
This is the big one this week as these two teams battle it out and the winner will probably end up being the #4 seed. Taipei is on a 5 game win streak although only 1 game was against a current top 8 team. Port Saint is on a 6 game win streak having faced 2 top 8 teams and coming off a huge 4 point win against Sahara. Port Saint has had better success against similar opponents and they should continue their win streak here to stay on pace with the Bulldawgs.
Quick Stop 11-0 vs Detroit 1-10
Quick Stop continues their quest for 16-0 against an outmatched team in Detroit. The best bet for Detroit is to sneak into the Clerks locker room and put some of that dope they deal into the Clerks steroid needles (because seriously, the Clerks have to be on something right).
LHC 10-1 @ Casablanca 3-8
LHC is riding high after a big win over the Bulldawgs and will dominate the Sultans before they get a bye week and then head into Sahara for what should be a very good game. Casablanca will have to wait another 2 weeks before trying to get another win.
Sterling 9-2 vs Abbotsford 4-7
Sterling will look to bounce back against the Gnomes after their loss to LHC. We'll see if the Dawgs bite is worse than its bark against a team that is better than it's record shows. This might not be the Gnomes season but they have the pieces in place to have a strong season 13.
Sahara 8-3 vs Cairo 1-10
Bye week for Sahara as they pad up those stats.
Fat Jaws 7-4 vs Houston 6-5
Another big game with playoff seeding implications. Both teams need this win but I think Houston needs it worse. A loss for Houston opens up the door for Walburg to try and sneak back into the 8th seed. Unfortunately for Houston the Badness will be just too... bad for them to beat.
Walburg 5-6 @ Durban 0-11
Bye week for Walburg comes just at the right time. The good news, if Houston loses this week Walburg jumps to 8th seed. The bad news, Houston has a slightly easier schedule but not by much. Both teams have to face Sterling and Quick Stop and barring upsets those should be losses for both teams. Walburg will need to beat Fat Jaws and G-Vegas in order to keep their playoff spot or pray that Houston loses to G-Vegas because I don't see Houston losing to Casablanca.
G-Vegas 4-7 vs Bayou 3-8
This is a fairly close game that's hard to call. Pirates players are always inactive but Bayou has underperformed and has weaker depth. This is all about pride as I'm sure Bayou does not want to lose to a team that has been inactive for over 2 weeks. I think the Pirates still manage to take it in the long run though due to evaluation of similar opponents.
