He can choose to be penalized for it now too.

The new rule has a penalty for having for than 4 of you players on a team you GM I think, so they'll be a hurtin'

No penalties for having a lot of your own players.

Only a boost for having less then 3 of your own players.

The types of things that improve or reset sportsmanship to the max:
Being one of 3 or less players on the team owned by the same agent

Whatever, no reward= penalty.

The Absence of Reward is classified as Negative Re-inforcment.

Negative Re-Inforcment is also described accuratly as Punishment or Penalty.

Therefore...

No Reward = Penalty.

Shadow is therefore in error.

The new system however works well.

It allows us all to use any spare Flex and create a level one player to sit doing nothing for two seasons in a farm team in a league he is vastly out levelled in.

The extra XP per season is a great Return on Investment for the 1000FP for the team (Assuming a few people chip in, its cheaper than Boosting with Flex.)

Yep its a great and glorius failure at what it attempted to do. Which should have been to stop cheating.

Instead it made cheating easy, affordable, sensible and within the spirit of the game.

Dont believe me, check out all the teams of Level 1 players, (with minimum rosters) that are springing up everywhere.

Fair play to all who do it, it makes sense, even in one season it will pay for the cost of the team.
