Personally, I think any stadium upgrades before the start of your first season is a bad idea. You don't know how well you'll sell, especially if you season goes south. As a new owner you have to see what you're getting into first. If you don't have the staff to win based on your conference, you really shouldn't build anything. Your ticket sales may tank after a few losses.

i think i did ok over 2.5 mil in ticket sales, i added an endzone section

Funny, we already sold most of our tickets. I think we will be fine. the concessions will pay our meager little salaries and we should be able to build some more next season.

i am glad i listened to ppl's advice when they said expand early
my club seats are sold out for the season and my endzone seats are getting there

could pay off my loan now without the interest

well, i'm up to almost 10,000 seats now and have sold out every game but the last 1,so your theory isn't holding true.

I have payed back 4 loans since I got this team and am still selling tickets and concessions. All with no interest payments.

No one said I couldn't be wrong.
