Actually Bort specifically verified my theory that the higher level you are, the better equipment is in the store. There is nothing about 'more likely' simply 'more available.' AKA +2 + SA, +3 + SA, etc. It doesn't slowly become more likely, it just all of a sudden unlocks as a possible roll and is assigned a constant weight.

Makes the most sense programming wise, and it is how it works.

Now, what level does protect show up? I dunno. But I haven't seen a +3 +SA before somewhere around level 30, so I say level 30 to be safe.

All my guys just hit 30ish and that is when i noticed the +2/3 and +1 SA, also the 5% pieces are starting to show up now. I agree with Octowned and wait until level 30.

Well if you specifically know that what you're looking for is a lower-level SA, it's a question of whether or not it's worth attempting to find that super-amazing +3 STR / +1 SA but decreasing your overall chance of just getting "+1 SA" with other stats or plain.

Right. The more yo uflood the store with extra options, the less chance of hiting the early SA you wanted.

For example, best time to find out of position SAs is early... just take them blank and roll with it. You can find them so fast though.

Or settle for a +1 strength +1 get low.. pretty easy to find around level 15.
