You need to invest in special abilities soon. Your physical attributes are very high for your level. Talk to your DC, and figure out what your role is going to be then build accordingly. Agility definitely needs to go up comparably to the other stats, but it is at about right for you level now.

Do not invest in SAs at level 19!! That is insanity!! Get your agility up to the first soft cap and after that make sure you get speed up to the next soft cap. Don't even think about SAs until your like...level 40.

I'm not going to get into a dick measuring contest with you, but your highest level player isn't even half the level mine is.

With your build SA's may not be a bad option - you're already too far behind to go with the attribute pumping route.
