Did this last season, so I thought I would try it again.

These are my observations of the Lion Conference for season 12.

My thoughts come from the following:
--previous knowledge of team
--current roster
--3 scrimmage games

Tier 1

LHC Naked Turtles
Port Saint Johns Legends
"Quick Stop" Clerks

These 3 teams seem to be at the top of the Lion Conference this season. The conference is much more balanced for season 12, but these guys are battle-tested and ready. They were all here last season so they know what to expect. The Turtles drew the toughest out of conference battle so that may be something to look at.

Tier 2

Houston Space Cowboys
Sterling Bulldawgs
Abbotsford Garden Gnomes
Sahara ShadowChasers

All 4 of these teams are solid. They will all battle for the final home playoff berth and could sneak into the top 3. They have some great top end players, they just don't seem to have the depth acroos the board that the top teams have.

Tier 3

Taipei Little Fish Rangers
Walburg Zion Dragons
Fat Jaws Badness
Bayou City Bruisers

These 4 teams look solidly built, just a little outmanned at certain positions. Do not be surprised if any of these teams beat a team from tier 2. There isn't much separating them. Should be an exciting race for the playoffs.

Tier 4

Detroit DopeDealers
Casablanca Sultans

Way to outleveled to be very competitive this season. Both teams have a lot of cash, so I could see them being competitive as early as season 13.

Tier 5

G-Vegas Pirates
Durban Donkeys
Cairo Emperors

The Pirates are a one-man team, and he is inactive at the moment. Don't know what is going on there. The other 2 teams are CPU.

Nice write-up and it looks like this is going to be a very good season as far as good, competitive games go. Nice to be out of minors where the wins didn't mean much.

Nice writeup. Our goal is to win the league in S14. This is just a year to make sure we understand the AI, finish 4-12/5-11 and stay up in AA. Next season we're aiming for a playoff berth, and season 14 is where we should begin to be one of the dominant teams in AA. We won a title at this level once, and worked our way to APL. Question is can we do it again.

Update after 3 games.

Tier 1

LHC Naked Turtles
Port Saint Johns Legends
"Quick Stop" Clerks
Sterling Bulldawgs

The Turtles and Clerks are both 3-0, and neither team has really been challenged. They are both very strong teams who will go deep into the playoffs. The Bulldawgs move up from tier 1 based on their solid win over the Legends. They are 3-0 and also have a strong win over the Fish Rangers. The Legends are 2-1, but their loss to the Bulldawgs was close enough to keep them in the top tier for now.

Tier 2

Houston Space Cowboys
Abbotsford Garden Gnomes
Sahara ShadowChasers

The Space Cowboys had a close win over a mediocre Huambo team, but then they put up a respectable showing against the Turtles. The Garden Gnomes have are 3-0 with two close wins. They get the Space Cowboys tomorrow in what should be an excellent game. The ShadowChasers have looked solid so far. Their performance tomorrow against the Clerks will determine if they belong in tier 1.

Tier 3

Taipei Little Fish Rangers
Walburg Zion Dragons
Fat Jaws Badness
Bayou City Bruisers

The Fish Rangers are 2-1 with their only loss to the Bulldawgs. They could very easily be in tier 2 soon. The Dragons are 2-1 as well with their only loss coming against a solid Food Mongers team. Their game tomorrow against the Turtles will tell us alot about these guys. The Badness has probably had the toughest schedule in the league so far. I look for them to make a strong push for a playoff spot. The Bruisers are 0-3 but their schedule has been brutal just like the Badness. I think that they will turn things around and make a run at the playoffs.

Tier 4

Detroit DopeDealers
Casablanca Sultans

The DopeDealers have been blown out in all 3 games. The Sultans picked up a win against a CPU team. It will be tough for these guys to move up this season.

Tier 5

G-Vegas Pirates
Durban Donkeys
Cairo Emperors

Nothing new here. The Pirates could be competitive at times, but it looks like they are just putting money in the bank for a future run.

Bet you $10 you do not have the guts to start your Punter at the QB spot and give the Punter 100% of the offensive snaps.

I don't know man. The way my QB has been playing this season we might have more luck passing with the punter lol.

Of course it's only fair that you start your kicker and offensive line as your secondary to keep it interesting.
