For a Lv 40, 4/10. You need agility and vision at least 68 capped by early Lv 30s (mid-Lv 30 the latest) else you will lose out on the natural gains.

Get rid of Long Reach VA IMO...have you done the math on the VA? It is not really that good.

what other VA would you choose?

5....the first thing you want to do before working on SA's is get Speed and Agility to 68-70 naturally. Then jumping to 48 then vision to 60-68. He's still workable though and you still should be able to make a good dot at the end of the day if you make the right moves. As for a second VA, I would get Ball Hawk to 15 first of all. Third Down Stopper is a good one actually and depending on your d-coordinators scheme, Zone Specialist isn't bad, but, not to many teams run enough zone to make it worth it so check that first. I'm a fan of football genius as well
