So is getting to 77 agility a priority for a C? My guy's sitting at 73 right now but I'm not sure if I should spend the SP to get it to the next cap.

I could spend the points in speed instead.

You can live with 73 for a while while you get other things up to par, then yes I would eventually take it to 77. Doesn't matter if it gets there sooner or later as long as it gets there.
