The point the second poster is trying to make is that you need to drive Str and Blk up to 74 before doing anything else. In that case, a decent lvl 14 would look like his, or a few points higher.

He's the head coach on one of the teams that I play for... I'm just giving him shit mostly, but he really should know better... he has access to my level 39 guard's build and watched him develop for two seasons. With that in mind, there's really no excuse for making such a poor OG.
