We have a great team here and we are coming off of a 16-0 season with most of the team still intact and we are headed for a lvl 24 cap league. Players on this team get equal playing time, I have it set up to where the backups are just as good as the starters and I have it set up so that most of the positions, everyone gets equal PT. That way it keeps fresh bodies on the field and we don't lose value when the backups come in and it also helps in the 4th quarter a lot.
