I am an agent that has been around since Season 1 and this is my 3rd punter, so I know how to build.
Two-Fisted Slopper is a Level 31 (very close to 32) punter going into his 4th season. Punting average has gone from 22.4 to 31.8 to 40.5. Third in the league in punting average in his sophomore season, first this past season. I would have stayed with my last team, but for some reason, I never got an Alert that I had a new contract offer, and by the time I noticed, my player's contract had a expired and he was now too high of a level for the league cap.
I boost and have custom equipment and will be retiring my first punter and another player shortly, so I'll have plenty of flex for future use.
I don't want to be GM or coordinator or anything, but I check the forums and am happy to be as active as I need to be, even if it's just for socialization.
