Not trying to be rude here but when it is neccessary to send out hundreds of PM's while recruiting, this is a bit of a selfish requirement. Does everyone deserve a unique PM? Yes - but do team owners have the hours upon hours to draft each and every PM in unique way? No.

Good luck in your search for a team. I'm just glad not everyone has this requirement.
